Is it possible to connect to a custom external data API , what is the process ? What are the design specs necessary for a custom Data API to connect and play well with Bubble?

I am trying to send my APP data to an external APP using the API DATA, but it sends the first 100 registers and says there 73 registers pending.
Do you know how the get the reamining registars?
