Custom Domain Name Error - www unable to find server

Hi All,

I have purchased a custom domain name which at the moment is with Wix.
I have copied bubbles DNS number into Wix A host however the bubble page is only working for ‘example.com’ and NOT working when I type in ‘www.example.com’. Can anybody please explain how I get the webpage to load correctly when I put ‘www’ before my domain name?

Create a CNAME record for www and point it to procurebuild.com

How do I do that sorry? When I type in the same DNS number from Bubble as the A host, it says error? Is there a different DNS I need?

You actually don’t use the IP address for a CNAME, you put the host name in… procurebuild.com
