Cyclic reference

Anyone else had these issues?

I’ve been seeing for a week now is “Tried to update an autorun while it was already updating, cyclic”. It even happens in safe-mode and in 3-month old branches which didn’t have this issue before:

Any hunches on what might be causing this? Any ideas how to narrow this issue down?
I’m starting the long trek of elimination… :hot_beverage: :person_in_lotus_position:

FYI: I don’t run any extensions on my browsers.

Update jquery error

Apparently this was caused by Pathfix. Updating to Pathfix Connector 3.0.2 solved it. That’s why I’m collapsing this part of the thread.

original message

This morning I saw this a couple of loads in all my environment in different browsers. It went away by itself (for now?)

heyy, I having a jquary issue as well.

have you fixed the issue??

Do you have Pathfix installed? My issue disappeared when I updated to Pathfix Connector 3.0.2.

I also had the bug today. I updated all plugins to the latest version. This did not solve the problem. I then removed all plugins and restored each one individually using the undo function. → Then it worked for a while. After 15-30 minutes, the error occurred again.

I then removed plugins that I no longer use, including Pathfix. Since then, I haven’t had the error again. I can’t say whether it was due to Pathfix, but based on the comment above, there could be a connection.

Look out for plugins that call libraries that conflict with the ones Bubble uses. I remember running some code that just so happened to conflict with one of Bubble’s event listeners. This was a long time ago.

Which is difficult… It’s more of a reactive process since we don’t really know what libraries Bubble uses, neither where nor when.
