If you go into your Data view, and then the App Data tab, there’s a link in the top right, ‘Copy and restore database’:
Once you click that, you’ll get this view, where you choose whether you’re copying Dev to Live, or Live to Dev. Depending on what you choose, you will also have to manually type in All Caps ‘Copy from Dev to Live’ - this is to prevent accidental overwriting of your database. That said, if you did accidentally do it the wrong direction, you can still restore your app to the time right before.
