Those are just different database views. Any time you change which fields you want to see in your app data tab a new view will be created.
You can delete them by clicking on the trash can icon next to them.
They have no effect on any actual data, you can keep them or delete them - it won’t make any difference to the data in your database.
It’s just the fields that you can see when you look on the data tab, or for exporting different data fields in export files.
