Hello Bubble Community,

I am reaching out to gather insights regarding the physical locations where Bubble stores its data. As an app developer, I need to ensure that my data storage practices comply with regional data protection laws, particularly those in Europe.

Does anyone know if Bubble’s data is stored exclusively in the US, or are there server locations in Europe as well?
If the data is currently stored outside of Europe, has anyone successfully transferred their data to European servers? If so, can you share the process and any tips for ensuring a smooth transition?

Any guidance or experiences shared would be greatly appreciated as they would help me make informed decisions about managing data privacy and compliance.

On the shared cluster, in the US. You can pay $3,800/mo for a dedicated server in the EU.

You can build GDPR compliant apps with data hosted in the US without a problem. It’s generally large legacy enterprises that have particular compliance needs that won’t use a product without EU hosting.

The most recent update I’ve heard from Bubble is shared hosting Q1 2026. Which means no earlier than Q3 2026
