Database Entries Not Deleting From The App Data Tab

I have been experiencing this problem all day - I can’t delete any entries in my database from the App Data tab.

I have 18 entries in the database

I successfully delete the 18 entries

A second later, they all re-appear in the database

I have tried to delete literally hundreds of times.
