Getting error every few times: {“message”:“Operation timed out – app too busy”,“statusCode”:400}
When it does work, pages load very slowly (5-10 sec+) and some elements which require database reads just dont work.
There are only 1-2 users on my app right now and no heavy workflows running.
Anyone else experiencing this?

In general, if you experience database errors, you should report a bug.
There seems to have been a latency around the time you describe, and still fluctuating a bit:
