Date display in different language

Hi fellow bubblers and compliments of the season to you all!

In my app the primary language is Russian, and that’s how all the dates display, however there is one specific page, where the date should be displayed in English.
Is that something that can be achieved with date formatting? Can’t seem to find an option for that.

I’ll send you a screenshot of a screen that has a date and there’s an option for you to set the date to CUSTOM and customize your date mask the way you want. Try it out and let me know. Thanks.

Hi Krenkel, I am aware of custom formats, however the problem is this:

The date needs to be displayed as “28 December 2024”. The custom format for this is “dd mmmm yyyy”, but this displays the name of the month in the app’s main language, which is Russian and is fine for all the pages except one, where the name of the month has to be in English.

Maybe you need a plugin like this one, which detects the language and locale of the browser and then you can format it correctly. But you can only test it if you have a VPN to a network outside your own, or change your formatting from Russian to American, something along those lines. Here is a screenshot of some plugins with this purpose. Of course, it’s just an idea.
