Date range doesn't allow to modify 2nd param

I want to modify a date range from for example a date picker or url params.
I can modify the first entry for example with “change hours to” but after selecting I am not able to modify the 2nd param.

Expected behaviour:
Get date_from from page URL change hours to 0 > Get date_to from page URL change hours to 23…[additional methods as is]

Go to app settings → versions → enable the parenthesis feature
