Dates changing by 1 hour

Just had a strange issue where all the dates in my DB just went backwards by an hour - wondering if anyone knows why?

Do you happen to be traveling, or did you happen to change your time zone settings?

The dates/time displayed back to you are in your computer’s time zone setting, so that could be a potential?

yes just moved timezone - seems obvious now you’ve pointed that out

annoying as I was relying on the date (which was set at midnight and now is 11pm the previous day)

any ideas?
