Hey there! I’m in development of a new system that is compatible for mobile devices, unfortunately excluding our administration and dispatch panel. Our DatumCAD has been in the making since late February. I plan on releasing the system for sale as soon as possible. I believe the system is ready, however. I would like people that are in small communities that may be interested to completely test the system for me! To whom may be interested, please fill free to view the following requirements.

Our DatumCAD allows users to be able to view their created accounts without having to remember your password.

Main Panel - Dashboard
Within our main panel, specific users will be allowed to access certain areas within the following guided by administration.

• Department selection.

• Ability to change your username.

Administration Panel
The following images below referencing “administration” will display the following tabs that our panel has to offer.

Administration Panel - Community Information
Only if you are assigned to a staff rank that allows you to view this tab.

• Will be able to edit your community name, abbreviation, and password.

• Will be able to edit the patrol map link.

• Will be able to enable lock down.

• Will be able to enable / disable “access request”.

• Will be able to enable / disable “join status”.

• Will be able to change your community logo.

Administration Panel - Server Information
Only if you are assigned to a staff rank that allows you to view this tab.

• Will be able to create, and edit servers. (Only owners can delete servers.)

Administration Panel - Departments
Only if you are assigned to a staff rank that allows you to view this tab.

• Will be able to create, and edit servers, (Only owners can delete departments.)

• Will be able to assign users to specific departments.

Administration Panel - Traffic Codes (10-Codes)
Only if you are assigned to a staff rank that allows you to view this tab.

• Will be able to create codes for police and fire / ems.

Administration Panel - Traffic Offenses (Penal Codes)
Display of titles.
Only if you are assigned to a staff rank that allows you to view this tab.

• Will be able to create, edit, and delete titles of penal codes.

When a title is toggled.
Only if you are assigned to a staff rank that allows you to view this tab.

• Will be able to create, edit, and delete offenses from titles.

Administration Panel - User Settings
Only if you are assigned to a staff rank that allows you to view this tab.

• Will be able to edit users.
  -Able to edit usernames.
  -Able to delete civilians from a user.
  -Able to assign a user as a police, civilian, fire / ems supervisor.

• Will be able to remove, and ban users. (Cannot ban yourself or other administration unless creator of the community.)

• Will be able to unban users.

• Will be able to approve / deny users.

• Will be able to create, and edit staff ranks. (Only owners can delete staff ranks.)

• Will be able to create vehicles and firearms for civilians to be able to use to register.

When a charge has been added. (Please keep in mind you will need to fill out most of the information for EACH charge. Also, when you add a vehicle / firearm, a group will be displayed that will require for you to fill out the following per vehicle / firearm.

  Will automatically create a call for your dispatch to attach units to when you are in distress.

-Supervisors are able to edit their units, ONLY for their department.
-Supervisors are able to edit status codes for their server.
-Supervisors are able to create, edit, delete sub-divisions, in which can assign users that aren’t already in one to one.

Civilian Panel

I personally wanted to go for a complete new design, to give our fire / emt personnel a new, and of course better experience! What makes this panel unique? Our brand new mdt for firefighters and ems will be able to join stations just like real life! So instead of independently having your own mdt, you will be able to join a station. Which all data will be within your station!

• Station Management - Supervisor Panel
  Supervisors will be able their very own vehicles within their station. If one of your vehicles are stolen, you’ll be able to mark your vehicle “stolen”, which will generate a bolo of that vehicle! Which supervisors are also able to edit their crew members.

Recent updates

ADMINISTRATION PANEL UPDATE

New Section Added: “Discord Integration”
We have added five different areas for Discord Integration.

-Index Page: When a user has requested to join a community, a webhook will be sent to a specific Discord channel.
-Index Page: When a user has joined a community, a webhook will be sent to a specific Discord channel.
-Index Page: When a user has logged in, a webhook will be sent to a specific Discord channel.
-Civilian Page: When a civilian has sent / started a 911 call, a webhook will be sent to a specific Discord channel. To include, if there is an active dispatcher at the time of the call being submitted, a webhook will be sent only with the call title of the 911 call. However, if there aren’t any active dispatchers at the time of the call being submitted, a webhook will be sent with the call title, location, and description.
Please note these components may be disabled for specific communities.

POLICE MDT UPDATE

-Supervisors are now able to able to see active units. This includes them being available, occupied, and / or on a call.
-Supervisors are now able to see active calls. Which, they can now assign themselves or other officers to calls and see who’s attached.
-Supervisors are also able to see when their status was last updated.

CIVILIAN PANEL UPDATE

-Civilians are now able to tag other civilians. When a civilian is tagged, and Twotter is not visible to them at the time of the message sent, a tone will be displayed to notify them of a new message.
-I frankly also forgot to include this within the civilian panel release set at the time, but civilians are also able to upload their own Twotter photo.

Future updates
We plan on selling this system very soon. Unfortunately for some users, we will not be selling this product as a template. We also plan on providing a Discord link to our server once it has been fully redesigned.

Good afternoon! I forgot to post images of our dispatch panel regarding within the first post, my apologies. Here are images of the panel, and please note dark mode is included within the dispatch panel.

Settings
The settings panel allows dispatchers to set their dispatcher name, position, and whether if you are a male or female for 911 calls, which examples of those being involved are down below. We also allow you to set key binds for accessing certain tabs quicker. And we allow dispatchers to select between “default” or “advanced”, which screenshots of those are provided below for more information.

Dispatchers now have the ability to alert a unit if a unit doesn’t correspond to your transmission.

When there’s a new 911 call.
For testing purposes, if it was a new 911 call, it would be highlighted in red, as meaning, it hasn’t been answered yet.

- We also plan on releasing our Discord link sometime tomorrow! Anyone that may be interested in purchasing our system, we would love to have you, please don’t hesitate to check us out.
