Hi. Here in Brasil some android devices adjust it’s timezone gmt-3 to daylight save time (automatically). But others didn’t do that, because the DST was canceled in gmt-3 this year by government. That’s the problem: I don’t know why, but some devices are gmt-3 with DST, and other are gmt-3 without GMT. Result: 1 hour difference between this device1 and device 2. How can I identify with the device are with DST or not?
