DB triggers don't show up in logs?

Do DB Triggers not show up in logs?

I was trying to setup a DB trigger that would send info to Posthog. The Posthog call was failing but I couldn’t trace anything in the logs.

  • if the DB trigger executed
  • the content of Posthog API request,
  • the response

I had to resort to creating a row in the db and store that info. Like an animal.

I guess I’ll go ahead and make good use to the upgraded Ideaboard and list a few items you should upvote:

Every time I need to do this for some reason I look around to make sure no one is watching. Like a criminal
