Decode/Encode URLs/URIs Server Side Action (SSA)

Because somebody asked, I built this little duo of server-side actions to decode or encode URLs (also known as URIs). This kind of thing is literally one line of code, but of course building a good Bubble plugin is a lil’ more complicated than that.

Specifically, you should always make a great icon for your plugin package and/or element components. Additionally, if you’re really awesome, you will write a song about your plugin.

I have done both in this case.

Plugin page: Decode URL/URI SSA (Server Side) Plugin | Bubble

Runtime with link to plugin page and editor: https://timezoner.bubbleapps.io/version-test/decode-uri?debug_mode=true

Remember, all “open source” plugins that I create are “karma ware”. If you use, like, or simply laugh-out-loud about them, show your support by donating at GRUPZ: Karma-Ware Plugins for Bubble.

always useful, thanks !

Keep in mind also that there are many useful functions like this built into List Shifter (in the PROCESS List action, which can also operate on scalar values, not just lists).

List Shifter is client side, but there’s an SSA version of Process List coming soon.

I just made a small Karma Kontribution. I think you may be underpaid at your quoted hourly rate. I also think that a lot of Bubbler’s are shortchanging themselves, thinking they can solve a problem more cheaply by investing their own time rather than paying for a plugin that saves a huge amount of their time.

Thank you for all of your contributions to the Bubble community.
