Delete field type is user

Hello

I have a 2 field in user type named friends and friend requests 2 are user type
so when accepting the friend request the user should move from friend request field to friends field

Now I did already add the user to the field
but I need to delete it from the friend request field when I do that, it deletes the original user !!!

Any Idea
