Hi everyone. I removed a hidden HTML element from a page of a production app and deployed the change to Live. The element contained two database searches using :format as text. I confirmed that the element is absent from Live.
After deployment, Live App Metrics still recorded activity labeled “Deleted Search”. Clicking “Deleted Search” does not identify the source.
Has anyone seen this after deleting and deploying an element? Could an already-open page still run the old search, or could App Metrics attribute a current search to a deleted expression? How can I identify the underlying search ID or the page/session responsible?
