Design expert needed $150 Budget (found)

Looking for some design help for a simple website I am building: www.mbas.africa.
Make the site look more modern and credible. I am not looking for a total revamp, just an upgrade.

Budget is $150 for approximately 4hrs of work:

  • Upgrade the design of approximately 6 pages ------------------- ~ 3hrs
  • Update design theme of the site (mostly the site styles) ------ ~ 1hrs
