Desperate Help - Making a Adobe Acrobat like app

I want to make a web app similar to Adobe Acrobat or Dochub, but I don’t know how I will display the uploaded PDF file for people to annotate!
If someone could help me, I would really appreciate it.
P.S: Checking the links may give you a better idea of what Dochub is…

Following. I’ve been also looking for a plugin that can show / zoom an uploaded pdf and the user can mark it up - e.g. add / delete a comment and a pointer - like an arrow. It seems this is not a trivial problem.
