Hi, our customer needs a detailed log about user actions. For example, change address, the log inform old and new address, who (user), day / time.

You can create your own log system creating this kind of register everytime a thing changes in your database. Open your backend workflows and create a workflow that will be triggered everytime a specific thing have changed.
