The idea is to create a formal company and share the income between developers and management positions. The estimate of income, when everything is working, is greater than a million dollars per year.

I just recently built a beautiful Airbnb like app for a fellow bubbler in Ohio with advanced features, payments from guests and payout to hosts and everything else - all automated!
