Developer wanted: Build website for playing head-to-head games and winning money

Hi,
I would like to hire a freelancer to build a web application that allows online gamers(e.g on PS5) to find other gamers that they can play against for a fee. The basic flow is as follows: Player X comes to the application, finds Player Y(e.g through filters, live chat/lounge e.t.c), and they mutually agree on a bet amount(this bet amount can be agreed on as part of the player matching process on the platform). Each player deposits their bet amount to the application, they play the game(the game is played off-platform such as on PS5) and report results. The application pays out to the reported winner(minus a transaction fee).
