Discuq plugin error

Hello:

I’m using the Discuq plugin to add a comments section to my page. I am receiving an error and the comments section is not showing up on both mobile and laptop devices.

What have I already tried?

  1. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin.
  2. Whitelisting the domain on Discuq.
  3. Double checked any duplicate instances of the plugin.
  4. Checked Discuq for system wide outages
  5. Double checked the shortname
  6. I haven’t changed the domain name from the default bubbleapps.io domain

If I haven’t missed something simple I will submit a report.
