Display data from text field

Hey guys,

I have a dropdown box on a page that is transferred to another page as a text field.

Lets say the drop down has 3 selections A, B and C. When the text field on this new page displays say A, I need it to display the Group A Content that is hidden on this new page. When the text field on this new page shows selection B, I need group B to show.
Iā€™m wondering how to set this up?
