You’re correct that changing the app language to French will only alter the displayed format of numerical data, changing from a period (“.”) to a comma (“,”), but this won’t impact the functionality as the numbers will still be processed correctly.
To further investigate this issue, could you please add our Support Team’s email to your application’s list of collaborators and share the app’s link with us? This will allow us to examine your settings and replicate the error to identify the cause.
You can add our Support Team as a collaborator by following these steps in the Bubble Editor: Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com.
Additionally, could you please provide instructions on how to reproduce the issue, including the name of the page, groups, repeating groups, plugin element configurations, and any workflows involved? If you could include a short description of where to click, user credentials for login, and a Loom video guide (if possible), it would greatly assist our troubleshooting efforts.
