Display problems

Hi all, I’m in beta on my app. One of my users is reporting to me that he’s seeing blue squares randomly appear on pop-ups. I haven’t heard this from other users, and when I run under him, I don’t see the error.

Can anyone think of what this could possibly be? Has anyone encountered this kind of thing before? I used the Canvas template/framework (by Airdev) to create the app, so all pop-up UI designs come from Canvas.

If helpful, he’s using Chrome on MacOs Sonoma OS 4.12.1 (M1 Pro chip) .

Maybe, can they send a screenshot? That would be super helpful. First thing that comes to my mind to check, Does your popup have icons? Sometimes, I have seen in the past that the icon library doesn’t load and then will show squares instead. Do you think that might be the issue?
