DNS Issues with Google Domains

Hello. I’m having trouble with setting up the DNS records for my Google domain (pictures attached). My domain name is feastafrique.app . I’m not understanding the DNS records the Bubble system is asking me to enter in my domain name manager or how exactly to add them. They look very different from what I have seen for others in this forum. Please help if you can.

You need to add it in these 2 places. It takes up to 24hrs.

Hi Mangooly.

I am in exactly the same situation as Auzosike1. But l am not exactly sure what is meant by adding “IT” to these 2 places?

Adding the domain of the host, server, DNS? What is it l have to add in the Synthetic records?

I get this up when l preview on Bubble

Thanks in advance.

Sorry @mar,

I thought it was obvious with the images that I had added.

In the first picture you have to add the subdomain forwarding just like in the picture and with the same options. So in your case forward lessonplanner.app -> https://www.lessonplanner.app.

In the second picture you have to do the same, copy the same details. Create a new CNAME record for Bubble (ie. www, CNAME, app.bubble.io.

Then make sure in your bubble options you have inserted the domain name including www, (ie. www.lessonplanner.app).

Thats pretty much it.

Just use this https://backlinkvalidator.com/tools/reverse_dns_check.php and after just change PTR records to fix the issue. It should help and I hope it will.
