do a search for not working… I’ve used the ‘=’ instead of contains keyword, but still not working.
probably because of that %20 (which is for space)

yes that is coming from a path URL.
and the issue was %20. Do a search function looked for Daniel%20Leblanc in the database instead of Daniel LeBlanc. hence the issue.
fixed by changing the search for the numerical unique id.
