Do url's not get saved in a text field?

Hi,

I am trying to save a url to a text field but it is not working. Do I have to do something different for urls when it comes to saving them to your database?

URLs should save in a text field. What do you mean when you say it’s not working? Nothing is saving? Or you can’t access the data?

Ah. My text field was set to decimal. This is embarrassing. I actually did work on the problem for about 90 minutes before posting here though.
