Do you need to install a plugin for Flusk?

I’d rather not install any plugins as I suspect that any such plugin has the possibility of introducing security holes in of itself. Does anyone know if you can use Flusk without a plugin?

You can still get a lot of good information without the plugin. I haven’t used the plugin yet but still have a lot of helpful info.
