Does tabbing to a text field and pressing <enter> work?

We changed nearly all of our buttons to text fields so that we can include font awesome fonts within them (we display a spinning cog when users click them so they know the next page is loading). However, I don’t seem to be able to tab to a text field and then press and have that trigger the workflows that go to the next page.

Am I missing something? Seems like they should trigger if they have a workflow attached, but they don’t seem to be doing so on my computer.

The somewhat manual method would be to add the Text elements to the tab index with a method found on https://stackoverflow.com/questions/13637223/how-do-you-make-a-div-tabbable

Example:

<div tabindex="1">First</div>
<div tabindex="2">Second</div>

Edit: I would add the tabindexes with JavaScript.

The main issue would be having to track down the tab order. Not sure if this is possible. I agree a workflow should auto-add the element being clicked to the tab order, even text.

I can tab to the element, but I can’t press to trigger it.

Hmm, that seems like a bug to me. Did you file a report?

Nope. I guess I’ll do so.
