Domain only accessible by VPN Network

Hello, its been a while since I was troubleshooting through websites. Feeling stuck and now its the time to ask the forum

So, I just recently bought a new domain for my app which is satubadiklat.id. Its DNS record was correctly set up more than 48 hours. But still, I cannot visit it through my network (intranet of my office). It can only be accessible through VPN or internet network. The app shall be accessible with intranet because most of the user open it in the work hours on the office.

Fyi, I have another domain with the same hostinger (klikwisma.com), and its works fine. If I switched to that domain, everything works fine. I was contacted the hostinger and what they said was like wait to propagate, making sure its all correctly setup, etc as many of blogs on the internet said
