Download as CSV - not showing the primary fields (Use field captions instead of IDs)

Hi,
I have tried to download the csv of table, which is contain datatype from the other table,
I have set the primary field for another table in to “Name”.
If i tried to download the 1st table data, which contains the unique field of other table datatype rather than primary field.
Anything i did wrong?
