Download csv from a website then update the app data

Hi, since I can not use api on my other, not buble app, to send data, I need to do something like that, and I wanted to ask if it is possible:

Run a js script once a day, where I"ll be using Puppeteer or Selenium to:
Enter a web pag, login, create a csv report file based on my selections.
Use the Data to create things, e.g, new raws on some of my types.
Would that be possible?
