I’m having trouble getting drag and drop to function. I originally used the DragIt plugin and everything worked fine. Then there was a Bubble maintenance event sometime in February and it seemed coincidental that my drags wouldn’t drop any more. Seeing as that plugin wasn’t supported anymore I’ve now just bought and configured Zeroqode’s Sortable RG Drag and Drop but I’m seeing the same issue. Nothing is firing when I drag an image in the RG.
To help us investigate this, could you please share the following details from your setup?

A screenshot of any errors that appear in the browser developer console when the dragging action is triggered
To check the console, please open your browser’s Developer Tools, go to the Console tab, then try dragging/dropping an item again and capture any errors or warnings that appear.
If possible, please also send us a short video showing the issue in action, including the drag attempt and the result.
Additionally, could you please test our demo page on your side and let us know whether drag-and-drop works correctly there?
If the demo page does not work correctly for you either, please also provide your device, operating system, and browser details so we can check whether the issue may be environment-specific.
Once we have these details, we’ll be able to review the configuration and investigate further.
