Draggable element "handles"

Hello!

Is there some good tutorial or sth how to make draggable element “handles”

Atm, I have working draggable Drag and drop element. I used this plugin: Draggable elements

But I have hard time to understand the logic, how I can add some Icon to RG and then I can drag and drop only dragging via this icon and if clicking elsewhere then dragging wont work. I’m out of ideas, maybe someone can guidance me
