Draw on video with comments

Hi everyone,

I am currently building a dashboard for our team and clients.

As creative agency, one of the most important parts is having a media player that can display videos, images and gifs with the functionality to add comments.

This is easily done on images. For videos, the comments must be tied to a certain frame. It would also be amazing if the person leaving a comment had the ability to draw on the current frame of the video to better show what they’re referring to (similar to how frameio does it)

I thought it might be possible to overlay some sort of drawing app over the video and attach it to the current frame.

Does anyone have an idea on how this might work?
