The easiest way is to write them manually, like:

If you want to generate them dynamically based in a list/search, you can do this:

In the example above, I created a list of the years of my users creation date. First I formatted the data as text (yyyy) and after I picked only UNIQUE ELEMENTS to prevent duplicates years…
