Dynamic data source error in a repeating group for Chat

Hello, I am creating a display messages window for a chat app. For this, I created a repeating group:

Type of content: Message Data Type
Data source: Search for Message Data Types
(in Search for Message Data contextual window)
Type: Message Data Type
(I added the following constraint)
Chat = Current page’s Chat Data Type

but I keep receiving the following error on my data source “Dynamic data in text boxes must be printable as text, but instead this is a Chat Data Type”

I deleted the RG and re-created it several times but I keep receiving the same error message. Any help appreciated!

Can you select “More” and show me what option you have there?

These are the rest of the data fields when I press More.

And fyi page’s content type is Chat data type since left hand side has all my chats and right hand side has the Message window from each chat.

Could you check that in your Data type ‘Message Data Type’ the field ‘Chat’ is of chat type?

The screenshot says that the two fields are not same.

to give more context. 1st error message has to do with my repeating group that contains the back and forth messages.

The 2nd error message (2nd error message with the same wording) is in my workflow when the Send button is clicked.

Sorry I’m not sure which you are referring to re: “Could you check that in your Data type ‘Message Data Type’ the field ‘Chat’ is of chat type? The screenshot says that the two fields are not same.” If you mean the field Chat = Current page’s Chat Data Type, what I have selected in the screenshot is the only option in the dropdown that refers to Chat type.

Can you attach a screenshot of the database for Message data type?

TYSM for responding. This is my data type for Message data type

and this is the current database. As you can see, I was sending some test messages to charlie as alexmercer. But with the error messages, nothing was being sent/received.

Make these two change.
