Dynamic input elements creation

I have a requirement where users can dynamically create input fields by clicking an “Add More” button in our UX. They should be able to enter values into these fields and store the information in the database when they click the “Next” button.

Could you please provide any insights or guidance on how to achieve this functionality?

U can achieve it by using groups and repeating group.
And need to install plugins to extract the data out from rg with one click
