Easiest way to enter Page meta data (i.e. SEO stuff)

I’m almost ready to go live with the initial version of my web app, and so want to get all the page meta data right, e.g. titles, descriptions, keywords, etc.

I know I can do this on a page by page basis, but I was wondering if there is a more efficient way of doing it that would speed things up and ensure I don’t forget some page buried away somewhere, etc.

do what want dynamic data from each page to give more accurate information so that SEO gets optimized or just a broad based full app every page has same titles etc. ?

If you want to optimize, you should do each page.
