Hi @enriqgarc,

We’re reaching out with an update. Plugin has been fixed and now you should be able to use the User table as well, but just make sure that each user has an email address, meaning it has been signed up. Please upgrade the plugin to the latest version, refresh your app and give it a try.

Thank you for patience.

The Demonstration does not demonstrate the Principal Resource. “Edit the data in line”. the degree presented is very simple. how to put a demo with the online edition working? and also how to sort and filter the row records by their header? like telerik for example?

Hi, @geraldons!

Thanks for reaching out!

If we’ve got you right, you are able to edit the data line in the second table on the Live Demo page

Also, you may check the Editor for element settings.

If you’ve meant something else, please clarify a bit to help you better.

Let us check this out and we’ll get back to you asap.

I don’t want to edit line by line by having to click a button on the line.
I want to edit several lines and then click on a single button that should save all the records at once.
Just like in Excel.
We edit several rows and then save the entire spreadsheet with a single click on “Save”.
I want to edit a list and keep clicking edit on all lines is tedious …
It’s possible ?

Hi, there!

Thanks for your additional clarification! I’m afraid, currently, the plugin allows editing line by line only. Apologies for the inconvenience.

However, we have taken into consideration your feedback regarding adding the opportunity to edit several lines at once. We need to see how it is feasible to implement.

Regarding the filtering, presently, you may filter the data inside the table with the search input or search icon:

Basically, you may find all the records containing the Keyword.

Hello,
So the plugin seems to be crashing everytime I hit the edit button? Any thoughts?

Hi, @jd.vestige!
Thanks for reaching out!

As long as this issue is not reproducing on our side, could you please share a bit more details like screenshots of the console logs with the error, plugin setting screenshots and steps to reproduce the issue. Thanks for understanding!

Are there instructions on how to “add new records” to a database through the Editable Table? I just bought this plug-in just now, but cannot find instructions for adding new records to a bubble database anywhere. Thanks.

Hi, @phanorb!

Thanks for reaching out!

Yes, sure, you can see how to add or edit the records through the Editable Table on the Live Demo page: https://zeroqode-demo-04.bubbleapps.io/editable_grids . Here is a screenshot as a reference.

I see how the Editable Data Table (EDT) populates itself with existing data in the Bubble Database. But based off of the Bubble forum I was told that I could use EDT to mass-input tens of rows into a database (this is the reason I bought it yesterday).

In your example, I see that you’re really adding one row at a time (click the plus, then type in data, click the plus, then type in data, over and over) instead of ten rows at a time. Can you see my other post and point me towards how to mass-input multiple rows of data at a time?

Hi, @phanorb!

I see, unfortunately, you are able to add one by one row only. Apologies for the inconvenience.

However it is possible to user Bubble’s functionality upload a CSV file with multiple entries to database - The Data Tab - Bubble Manual

Hope this helps

Sir,
Is there anyway to do a download of the spreadsheet-look data ?
So I could view data in Microsoft excel

Appreciate a guidance . thanks
ken

Hi @ken.tjia, thank you for your message.

Unfortunately, the Editable Data Table like Excel does not have an option to download the csv/xlsx file (data source). But I there is a workaround. :slightly_smiling_face:

Bubble has an option for exporting the data directly from its App data tab, I would recommend you to check the Bubble’s manual and read more about this feature, as well you can check for some tutorials on the web.

Let me know if that helped

HI In this Gif , this Input i can Pull from AppSheet ? And the automate this table ?
Because with this table i will proveide some graphs and/or calculations (IF´s) for give me some result.

Hello, @susigan!

Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in our products!

If I understand correctly your purpose is to export data from an external service that is built on the AppSheet platform to your Bubble application. Please note, in this case, you can firstly export data from an external service to the Bubble database and then use this data from the Bubble database as the data source of the Plugin “Editable Data Table”.

Please try to follow this way and after it let us know if you achieve the desired result!

Thanks in advance.
Have a nice day!
