[Editor] Can't create any Custom event or API Endpoint in the Backend Workflows

I can’t create any additionnal backend workflow.
Is someone else experiencing this as well ? I filled up a bug report.

I am experiencing issues, re-ordering and copy & paste workflows. I have also filed a bug report.
