My bubble editor doesn’t expand vertically, i don’t know if this is a bug or i am doing something wrong but i have to keep my video element small for editing my app.
This is the minimum height i want my video to be, but when i set the minimum height to 720px the rest of the page doesn’t appear.
(sorry about mt english, i’m brazilian)
Have you tried a supported browser?
Also your max height is set on the page. Undo that.

This was also happening to me today. Went away when I refreshed the page though.
I tried on Google Chrome and didn’t work, and i there is no max height on the page
Put a value like 5000 and see if it expands the editor. Change back after you’re done editing.
