Email reply to sender not reply to address

Occasionally a user’s client replies to an email sent via our app and it comes to ‘our sender email address’, not the ‘reply to’ email address specified.

Is there a reason anyone knows this happens sometimes?

Is your reply-to address static or determined via some dynamic data?

Dynamic data, e.g. current user email address.

I’d say it works 95% of the time, but 5% of emails come back to us not the user
