I have users complaining that emails are not send (workflow worked before, no changes). Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any hints how to trouble-shoot?
If you can confirm this happens and find a way to reproduce please file a bug report. Also have you users check the spam folder, make sure it’s more than one person. Users can come with false alarms, unfortunately.
thanks! I should receive some of the emails, however, als in the development version it doesn’t work. Created a different workflow for testing were it works… so still trouble-shooting
You can also use the server logs to see if the action was run with a correct email. That’s a feature on the pro plan though.
