Embedded Widget needs re-positioning on the page

A) I have placed a widget by embedding the following code in the section "Page HTML Header ". By default, the widget is placed in the extreme left-top corner, I am looking to re-position the widget to another place on the page. How should I do it?

B) Need to grab the value as displayed in the widget and store it in a custom state, do suggest ideas to implement that.
