Emergency - Send the whole "app data" table over to another app

Does anyone know of a way to have all of a data carried over to another app like google sheets?

Here is my wish list.

1. I want to carry a whole data table (all app data for a date type) over to a third party, say google sheets.
2. I want this to happen everyday
3. I want this to create a new “sheet” on the same document each time it is run.
   
   
4. I want this to be able to run each night (I assume this means recurring in bubble.)

This is so important for my app, I really hope someone has any ideas.
