Emotional Sales Dashboard

Hi everyone,

I’m exploring the build of Name TBC, a decision-support product for relationship-led B2B sellers.

This is not a traditional CRM. It’s a daily-use dashboard designed to help sellers decide what to do next, not manage pipelines or admin.

The concept is clear and focused, and this is an early product brief rather than a sales deck.

Project Overview

Name TBC is a decision-support dashboard for B2B sellers who rely on relationships and judgement.

The product aggregates client context into a single, visual interface and surfaces recommended next actions (“nudges”) per client.

The dashboard is the primary interface, built for fast scanning and daily use.

The Product Includes

  • Visual client dashboard with expandable client cards

  • Lead / customer status and relationship stage

  • Core company information

  • Relevant news or external signals

  • 3 AI-recommended next actions (“nudges”) per client

  • Space for user-defined actions

  • Filters to prioritise clients that need attention

What It Does Not Include

  • Pipeline management

  • Task or to-do lists

  • Forecasting

  • Performance reporting

  • Process enforcement or rigid workflows

How It Works

  • Optionally reads data from existing CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Stores lightweight client data only

  • Records selected and ignored actions

  • Learns from user behaviour to improve recommendations

  • Can operate standalone or alongside a CRM

Design Principles

  • Built for daily use

  • Fast, visual, and minimal

  • Mobile-friendly

  • Suggestive rather than prescriptive

  • Optimised for human judgement over automation

The Goal

To give relationship-led sellers a clear, confident answer to one question each day:

**“Who should I focus on today, and what should I do next?”

We Need**

  • A designer and developer
  • Works fast
  • Hourly or daily rate
  • Starts asap

Hey @2026GrowthTools sent you a DM

This sounds like a cool idea if it’s done right. I’ve seen dashboards that show numbers but feel totally dead, so adding an emotional layer could actually help teams react faster. I’d be curious how the data gets translated into something meaningful instead of gimmicky. I think sales people respond better when insights feel human, not just another wall of charts.
