The terror of capitalism is: I don’t grow my own food.
We are alienated from the process of sustaining human life. Our relationship with food, shelter, sanitation, and housing is mediated by the market. If you don’t have something to sell, something that the market wants, you starve.
@josh: I came across this blog while reading through the story of Bubble in your about section. Empowerment vs disruption- such a powerful concept. Wish more people started with a win-win ideology like yours. Also, love the differentiation you made between programming and coding. I actually graduated as a Computer Science engineer but did not pursue it because I did not enjoy coding, even though I loved algorithms. Bubble has helped bring me back to the world of tech products, while eliminating the parts I hate. For this I will be eternally grateful. More power to you, @emmanuel and the whole Bubble team as you go further on this journey
